Vegan Whole Turkey

A pleasing presentation is a big part of holiday celebration, and our “bird” has a beautiful table appearance, as well as a delicately subtle flavor and texture that will have everyone asking for seconds.

Boil 4 cups of water with 4 table spoons of Olive Oil in a sauce pan until 212∘F

If it's boiling (at sea level), then it's 212* ! Won't get any hotter!

I don't know. I mean I'm not eating meat, but I have no desire to eat faux meat. I mean, I'll eat tofu but have no desire for tofu dressed up as a piece of bologna. :shrug: It just makes no sense to me. And it doesn't fool anyone. All it does is remind me I'm not eating meat. Am I wrong?

Besides I'm making my husband a real turkey and it doesn't bother me a bit.
