If you are a vegetarian, do you have any suggestions on reading material so I can get the right protein and nutrition out of a vegeterian meal? Any blogs or recipe sites that you would recommend checking out?
Thanks.

You can get tons of free vegetarian cook books off the web too.
Why do you want to kill the animals by depleting their food sources?
Thanks. I can search pretty good. And I guess I should stress that my major concern is proper nutrition/protein, not really how to cook.
I also don't want to read crap about eating a cow makes baby Jeebus cry.
I made an account here MyPlate - Food Diary & Food Calorie Counter | LIVESTRONG.COM and logged my daily meals for months to make sure I was getting everything I needed. I stopped after a few months because I was spot on everyday nutritionally and figured I was wasting my time by logging it all.
I would rather be dead than eat some weird concoction disguised as "meat". Lentil soup is a perfect meal, nutrition-wise, and eggs/nuts/beans are real foods with non-meat protein.
I enjoy tofu and morningstars black bean burgers, but I don't pretend that they are meat either.
Actually iron, B-12 and a few other vital components seem to be concerns for vegetarians. Protein is my own personal concern, because I don't think I'm hitting the "quantity".
Jennifer @ Red Robin makes all of my burgers with the Morningstar vegetarian patty. Damn things taste unbelievable. Applebee's has one now too but not Ruby Tuesday's because they suck.
You are joshing aren't you?
I actually was in Ruby Tuesday's not that long ago, and they had no vegetarian options other than the salad bar. Which I thought was kind of odd. Even their pasta dishes had meat. After feeling bummed out, I finally asked for an appetizer to be made without the meat.

You might want to ask your Doctor about hooking you up with a good Dietician that knows about the Vegan Diets. Also, take Multiple Vitamins with the ingriedients you are concerned about. You are joshing aren't you?

Yeah, but its small paddies. Some zucchini slider. You can't sub it on a regular burger bun because it's too small. At least that's what my waiter said.
