Vegetarians?

Go to Workout Videos & Home Fitness Programs - Beachbody.com forums and search for vegetarian diets. There are tons of people that are vegetarians and vegan that do P90X etc and they share their diets online. If you can stay a veggie and do P90X you are definitely doing something especially since it is not too difficult to burn 800-1200 calories per workout.

In My Opinion
Hell, I think vegetarian is impossible.

vegitarian is easy, you just have to eat a certain way
Vegan on the other hand, no leather shoes belts furniture or car seats
perfumes and cosmetics are going to be limited
Pick up the spider from your pillow and gently place it back outside. Or make it its own bed. No bug sprays, sorry about the ants in the kitchen.
no milk, no honey, no cheese, no eggs, and this includes in your cooking.

F-that.

:yeahthat: Vegetarian is pretty easy. I'm not going vegan. I still have eggs and dairy products. However, this was not a choice of mine. My body has decided for me that I will not be eating any meat. I still cook meat for my husband. I have no problems with killing bambi. I grew up on a farm and I know the only reason G-d created cows was for us to eat them. I'm trying to adjust to the fact that my husband is eating a steak and I'm having a veggie plate.

So while all the negativity about vegans and worshiping animals I truly do understand - it annoys me too, please don't direct that crap at me.

Spent a week with the family, 7 vegetarians and one vegan.

They ate lots of beans and cheese.

Mig, try this book. I think you'll find that most vegetarian/vegan blogs (and even books) are extremely subjective and borderline (if not fully) crazy.

I don't eat meat very often. I don't do it for the sake of cows and pigs everywhere, I just get grossed out with the idea that I am eating a muscle. :twitch:

Thank you! And you are correct, which makes it difficult to sift through their sites for info.
I picked up Alicia Silverstone's book at the library a few years ago because it was pretty and the content was laid out nicely. She's a nut! :lmao:
