I have them for my phone service, both cell and landline, but I would never in a million years use them for internet access. If their website is that hosed up - slower than chit, tons of broken links, repeat log in screens, circular links, etc - then they need to fire every single one of their IT people.

It's just ridiculous and I hate when I have to go into my online account for something.

It's ok as long as you know exactly what you are trying to do ahead of time. If it's something you are looking for or have not done for a while and have forgotten how to get to it, your f*cked.

Government sites are worse, of course they pay millions for the most damn complicated websites ever and you cant find a damn thing on them.

I recently got Vonage. I really like it and am saving a lot of money. Their website is so user friendly.

I give Verizon a total fail in customer service and in their web sites. I use Comcast for my Internet service.

We just dropped Verizon on Monday.
We now have NetTalk.
Same phone number.
Only $30/Year.
