Of myself. I rode my bike to work today. I had the jitters getting on it, but had a great ride. I am oh so proud of myself. When I left today, all 13 guys I worked with, started their vehicles and waited until I pulled out to see how I rode. Thank God I didn't kill it or drop it. One actually stayed behind me in his truck WAY past where he should have turned off. I think he was watching my back. I love those guys. It's like having 13 big brothers.

Jeans, boots, leather jacket, leather gloves, helmet and the pink do-rag. I think my underpants were showing above my levi's cause of the no-butt thing The levi's tend to drift down. God, maybe I was showing more than I think I was!

Let's just say that I thought there was a chance I might get in an accident on the way to or from work and the paramedics would have to cut my jeans off, so , yes, I wore my nicest undies. I really, really did consider that this a.m. at 5:30.

Like Mom always said to me, "Make sure you are wearing nice/clean undies...you never know when you might be in an accident."

I even told my daughter that...Oh my!

But if someone pulls out in front of me and I panic and have "an accident" in my pretty panties, the guys that pick me up from the road aren't gonna say, "well, she did have those pretty panties on before she crapped them." :lmao:

All I'm saying is that I had all my stuff together last night (little bike so I have to put a little thing around my waist to hold what I think I need, which includes license, debit card, $20, cell phone, hubby's work phone to call if I get hit, and, naturally, my card that says I'm a Princess, given to me by Zane years ago - he writes something on the Baynet about music) and then the cute underwear. The most important thing is that when they pick me up from the road, they know I am a Princess. If I could keep the tiera on over my helmet, I'd wear that, but it flew off, first try.

Up until a "friend" of mine decided to change my browser home page at work one day, I would have agreed with you, but after veiwing scatlovers.com upon starting up the ol' computer, I realized that in this world there are some very sick people.
So, you're saying what? I'm not following this.

That first ride.

BS Gal,

That is a ride that will always be clear in your mind. The first ride outside your comfort zone. Mine was getting my brand spanking new GT 550 from the dealership to my apt years ago. I had put roughly an hour an a Suzuki 185 preparing for this journey. Tank went dry bout half way home and in my panic I forgot their was a reserve. My buddy following in his truck hopped out of his truck, told his wife to drive it home. hopped on board, moved me to the second seat, and got me out of the intersection. Remember it like it was yesterday....

Yes, I wore the blue sequined thong that day, just in case....
