Kimberly Lynn Osbrink, 23, was rushed to Oregon Health and Science University, where she was pronounced dead."

War vet with firearms training, cop with firearms training? With all that training, you don't "accidently" chamber a round in a semi-automatic, you don't "accidently" dis-engage the safety, you never play "quick-draw", and you don't have your finger on the trigger unless it is your immediate intent to pull it. Accidental shooting?
