CANTON, Ohio — Hope Holcomb, 10, is like any other young girl. She loves to play and to be outside. She also doesn’t let cerebral palsy slow her down.

But she tells us she has been afraid to leave her home in East Sparta, which is South of Canton in Stark County, because she says she is being bullied by her 9-year-old next door neighbor and his father.

Hope’s grandmother shot video last week at the bus stop. In it you can see a boy and his father, William Bailey, walking slowly with a limp.

I'd F*** em up. :coffee: I would consider it a privledge to serve a few days in jail defending my daughter with cerebral palsy. They deserve it. Now go walk with a limp you jerk!

My brother has CP. I remember people not only making fun of him, but I got crap for having to push him to school in his wheelchair.

Kids can be cruel. If parents join in, that should warrant the death penalty.

Quit your grand standing. What good would you be in prison?

Back the mail truck up! I said I'd be willing to go to JAIL for a day or two, by beating down a grown man making fun of a child with a disability she has no control over (if it were my child). BIG difference between prison and county jail (I would think, never been there).

UFB! This makes me absolutely SICK!! I just can't believe how cruel people can be. THIS is how they're raising their children....unreal! Let's hope neither of thier children is born with such a disability.

:bawl:

What you're talking about is 1st degree assault. Maximum 20 yrs in jail if convicted. You're not going to go to county with that time, you're going to Jessup or Hagerstown.

P.S. I am not trying to put you down, I'm saying you can't help your child if you're put away.

First offense and I kick his a$$, not kill him. Plea bargin for simple assult, fine and time served. And if I get a sympathic jury, not guilty because he deserved it.

Sounds like you've "been there done that"

Nope. You missed the "first offense" line. :killingme

But if these jerks are out here car jacking people and nearly killing them and getting no time, I'd take a chance protecting my child
