It looks like a young hyena. It even has the spots. They don't have a lot of fur till they get older.

That is great! Have a hyena growing up in your neighborhood. It will think those cats and dogs are tasty when it gets big. Prowling like it is for scraps and such is very much like hyena's, too.

The head looks a little too big for the body to be a Coyote or Dog, I think it just might be a hyena. How the heck would a hyena wind up in Glyndon? Weird stuff.
