Is anyone surprised? Why aren't these things tested five ways to Sunday? I mean it isn't like Election Day just pops up unexpectedly.

I don't believe they have in person early voting à la MD.

The massively overwhelming majority of counties in the country are red, so if one poll location was going to randomly fail chances are it would be in a red county.
