juggy4805 said:Of course. Just like if something bad happens one day you should never go again.
OK, so there was one day when there were no bombings in Iraq? Is it safe there too?Bustem' Down said:I've never had a problem there or seen any problems there. Not just one day, never.
And black families do that just as much as white families.riverrat said:it's when the community as a whole gets scared and leaves and let's the rif raf take over.

I had no issues with my wife running to the mall to pick up something after work until a couple of months ago. Last time my wife and I went to Dick's in the mall to exchange a pair of shoes. We had parked a little ways out away from the other cars because my wife's car had been backed into in the mall parking over the holidays (trying to prevent a repeat performance). We are inside a total of 5-10 minutes. When we came out there was a truck parked right beside us with 2 guys standing around it, one talking on his cell phone. Honestly I'm not entirely convinced he was even talking on it as his mouth never moved and I kept my eye on him the entire walk out to the car. It was still winter and seeing 2 people standing in the freezing cold one talking on the cell phone, while standing right by their vehicle up sent warning signals. My wife and I got in the car without incident. However immediately after we got in and locked the doors the one hung up his cell phone, they both got into the truck and drove off. I am convinced they were casing the vehicle to see who was gonna come out for it. Had it just been my wife or some other unsuspecting soul, I am sure something would have gone down.
