Water bill

looking at my water bill it lists....

sewer: sys improvement charge 8.75
sewer: service chg non metered 26.39
water: sys improvement charge 5.27
water: service charge metered 14.64
other: bay restoration fee 2.5

grand total= 57.55. Water bill is a rip off. It is only 2 people in my house we don't use nearly enough water to come to 57.55.

That's the exact same as my bill. Our household consists of only 2 people as well.

How many gallons of water does your bill say you used for the month?

When we first moved to our apartment. Our bill was about 35 a month. The new company bought the apartment complex and installed new meters and our bill doubled. Our water usage is pretty much the same. Of course the rental office doesn't have an answer either.
