No offense to anyone but I would not give two shitz if the base closed tomorrow....And took all this so called development and traffic congestion with it. Lex Park is nothing more than a smaller scale Waldorf in my opinion. Anyone lived here long enough to remember when the only movie theater was a big old quonset hut ? Or the Hub clothing store.
