That's my hometown, no preferential treatment there. A guy from Baltimore shoplifted from the mall a few years ago and lead police on a chase, bet he wished he was back in Baltimore because he is still in jail.

In Md they're not supposed to. Could cause injury to others. Couple of car chases in Baltimore City the cops got blamed when the driver wrecked the car and people got hurt.
