There is a website called offbeatbride.com were they have alot of weddings shown on the website of people who either don't have alot to spend or prefer not to spend alot and still manange to have pretty awesome looking weddings (or in some cases some do have some cash to spend). Granted some of the weddings might not be what you are looking for in a wedding, but still a great place to get some ideas and apply them locally.
