Here is my thinking about weight loss. YOU do what personally works for you.

I do WW, and it works for me. My dad does Atkins, and it works for him. Stockgirl did South Beach it worked for her.

The trick is once you are at goal weight you can never go back to the way you ate before you lost the weight because the weight WILL come back on.

My personal low weight that I would like is 35-40 lbs away, but that is near the bottom of my weight for my height. The top of the weight for my height is just 20 lbs away!!


good link!! At least it explains why I've been peeing alot... was going to post that too but wasn't sure if it was a good thing or bad thing. :lol: Guess its a good thing if its water weight :clap:
Yes, one does need to eat "something" to survive silly... :lol: :huggy:
