Yowza!Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (2006)
One of the oddest yet watchable movies I've seen in years.
Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born in the stench of eighteenth century Paris, develops a superior olfactory sense, which he uses to create the world's finest perfumes. His work, however, takes a dark turn as he tries to preserve scents in the search for the ultimate perfume. The ultimate scent contains distilled girl. Weird and compelling movie.
I agree. It was Crash before Crash.Magnolia was a great movie... up until the raining of the frogs... and then it just got weird.
it probably relates to the film's central themes of synchronicity, fate, and forgiveness.
Family Guy?Condensation.
sation-sation-sation-sation.
5 points to anyone who gets that reference.
That was more than horrible.
Yowza!
The search for the ultimate perfume, that is riveting.
I agree. It was Crash before Crash.
Ah, I know which film you are referring to. I was referring to the Paul Haggis 2004 Crash and not the David Cronenberg 1996 Crash. There is another Crash too, they play it on IFC once in a while. It's about a group of people that reenact famous car crashes and get off (literally) on it. Quite sick...
Great movie to watch buzzed.
Heh... what about "Killer Klowns from Outer Space"?There is no doubt in my mind that the people who came up with the idea were.
Family Guy?
Ok, I cheated.
