For your consideration ...
Pretty sure it's about how much food they have, because these same people are starting to develope the same problems we how now that they don't have to work for increased food supplies.
Yes. The ones that start to, or are still integrating added sugars and refined carbohydrates to their diets. When eating a high protein, high saturated fat, diet, without stopping the consumption of sugars and refined carbohydrates, problems occur. Just like tannerite. When its two single components stay separated, everything is fine. But when you combine them, and add a high impacting projectile, boom.
And yet we live so long we're threatening our social security system.....
We're healthy for so long we have 80 year olds still in the workforce.....
Go get a picture of your great-grandparents at the age you are now. I'll bet they look significantly older than you, yet they didn't even have processed foods or McDonald's.
It's annoying that people spout bullshit and actually believe it when all you have to do is pull your head out of your ass and look around you. I keep hearing how horribly unhealthy and on death's door we all are, when that is demonstrably not true. Sure, *some* people are train wrecks, but the vast majority of us are much healthier and will live longer than our parents or grandparents at the same age.
I know FACTS won't convince you because once people get their teeth into something you need the jaws of life to get them to let go, but I'm tired of this ignorant mantra and couldn't let it pass without pushback.
Were living so long because the food industry is tied to the pharmaceutical industry, and vice versa. The first keeps you sick and with constant body inflammations, the second gives you something to mask the symptoms. Why do you think the "health care system" is so over burdened? Ask people around here. Calvert Memorial Hospital, (CalvertHealth), and associated clinic parking lots are always full. Same with St. Mary's Hospital as well as the Shah medical group, and many others. Probably the same where you are too. Got to keep the labor, (slave), force working until death to squeeze every last drop of productively out. Donchaknow?
Pretty sure great-grandpa and great-grandma were outside everyday working in the sun. You'd look older too if you had to do that.
You are taking your anecdotal evidence and spreading it as the gospel.
I don't spout BS. I live what I say. Go and find one of your great-grandmother's old recipes for say, a chocolate fudge cake. Here's the ingredients from a 100 year old recipe ... BTW. The majority of people today are far too lazy to bake anymore.
For the cake: Sugar, cocoa powder, shortening (lard), Pinch salt, eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, flour, water, vanilla, baking powder.
For the fudge: Butter, Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, Milk or Heavy Cream.
Do you have all of the below ingredients in your cupboard for baking?
