Weren't we supposed to get a larger WalMart in California?

Ya, it was in Calvert that the walmart expansion got the kabosh. When that fell through, there was some wierd plan to have a walmart and a walmart garden center together, but the commissioners saw through thier plan to have a walmart bigger than 75,000 feet or something.
Its a shame, b/c both walmarts SUCK. A bigger walmart in Calvert where the current walmart is would be BAD news, there would be accidents GALORE with that traffic spot!!!! I think an expansion in St Mary's wouldn't be as bad, but the light is wierd there too, IMO.
