Lies. MD has a huge tech sector, huge diversity and highly educated work force. Much of the federal government doesn't even need to be in or near DC.
Check out how many red states are economically disadvantaged compared to Blue States some time.
Sure govt connected. Its why these companies located here, to be close to DC.
You know there is plenty of RE all over Md but these comparies want to cram into space in overcrowded PG, Montgomery & Howard Co.
