Good Morning all. Damn what a nice day. The water was like glass when I drove by. I had my windows down to feel the cool air. Started my day off great. I hope all of ya'll mornings are as good as mine.

What a nice description. I had the commute from heck this morning, my boss is grumpy and my whey protein substitute for coffee is not working.
I think this morning I'd even drink PT's frou frou girlie coffee.
But the sky is a real pretty shade of blue from my window, and my beautiful fairy princess gave me a call this morning. So all is right with the world.

I agree, it's a wonderful day! Makes me want to really go to the beach (especially since no shoes, no shirt, no problems just came on the radio).

Wow! This day is awesome! My dad woke up at 5:30 this morning screaming his head off that his urine smelled like dead birds. My grandma called the ambulance and now my dad is back home from the hospital. The doctor said he was fine but he got some pills to make him sleep all day. My grandma fixed her famous ground up breakfast on toast. Now I get to ride my bike to the hardware store and get some Goo-Gone and roofing nails since my dad is sleeping. I LOVE to ride my bike to the hardware store and that makes this day AWESOME.

Just out of curiosity and way off topic, why the protein shake? Trying to bulk up? What brand are you using? Whey is suppose to be the best.

Oops, that sounds kind of weird, Whey is suppose to be the best kind of protein. It's not a brand.
