Oops, that sounds kind of weird, Whey is suppose to be the best kind of protein. It's not a brand.
"Whey to Go" in the drum size pack  I am on a health kick, we'll see how long it lasts. But the whey protein helps to increase your metabolism and detoxify your liver. And it's better for you than the soy protein which can remove essential vitamins from your system and also trigger food allergies. Ya don't want to know what else I am taking....:twitch:

Any creatine?

I really like the EAS Simply Gain and EAS Simply Whey but they are pricey. The guy at GNC talked me into there brand last time I was there. Doesn't mix up as well but pretty good.

My day started as any other day with the long commute into DC. Got to work, and found errors had been made on the time and attendance of the branches I do; I was out last Thursday, Friday, and this past Monday. My brother-in-law went in to remove a tumor from one of his lungs on Monday, and the doctors thought it wasn't malignant. We all sighed a relief. This morning I got a call from his wife (sister-in-law) that they found two more tumors. I am very down at this point. :bawl: Haven't heard when the next surgery will be, as I would think he is too weak from the previous surgery.

Last Wednesday, got a call from the State's Attorney's office that a hearing would be held the next morning to re-consider the previous sentence for the drunken driver who killed my stepdaughter. He spent exactly 55 days in jail (had a 1 year sentence commuted by the judge on May 19th), and is now on work-release!!!

Some days you just wonder where the justice is!?!?!? :burning:

I am sorry to hear about your BIL.

As for the "sentence" the DD received. That's just plain disgusting.

What really is disgusting about the dd, is that the case before his the guy was drunk and was coming down the same road as the dd that killed my stepdaughter. The other dd didn't kill anyone, but had a previous record, and got 15 years.

Just got a call from my sister-in-law and it wasn't more tumors in his lung, but cancer from the tumor removed the other day. They will be doing surgery tomorrow morning to remove his upper lobe.

:frown:

Thanks for the :huggy: Mig. I was so upset in my last post, I put 15 minutes instead of 15 years, and had to edit.

Different states have different laws. Maryland is pathetically liberal and lenient!
