Oh really!? I didn't know that. Then why do they push Mac's on Windows people all the time? That is just weird. :shrug:

sort of like how car dealers around here push four wheel drive because of ALL the snow we get >_<


Mac's are generally a huge and expensive let down for a majority of users when they migrate over.

It used to be worse because they had WAY to much proprietary hardware and things were expensive upfront and down the road.

I am a big fan of linux or windows. If you follow safe computing practices on either you are good to go.

Common sense ain't common
Been running Linux since last Christmas. Bounced around on a few different distributions (hell why not, they're FREE!) and am now running SimplyMEPIS 7.0. If I absolutely HAD to run Windows, I'd stick with XP. I have nothing against Macs, I just have no Mac experience.

Ive used Linux but didnt care for it.
I wont ever even touch a mac, Just personal preference.

Vista Professional: gaming rig, development machine
Vista Home: Laptop
Suse Linux: DVR, development machine
Windows 2000: Old laptop that has a great display

A couple machines dual boot linux/XP/Vista

All computers heat my house
