Follow the directions, make sure to stare for about 20-30 seconds even after it starts to take, and then make sure to blink a couple times while staring at wall till it focuses. Also, its better if you have the picture larger... so if you use a large screen like I do.. get closer and stare. You want a good size image in your retinas when you blink at the wall. (for those who are wary, I promise nothing leaps out or changes all the sudden.. this is real illusion stuff).

It was actually startlingly clear when it first came into focus (guess I stared too long). Very neat illusion!
