what is going on?

I just came upstairs. I had the scanner on and caught that they are looking for someone in a light blue truck who I guess abducted a girl or something as they said it happened too fast. They have had several neighbors give tips to the cops..Its happening over on clarksmill road area. Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?
