I think the right answer is, "Neither." Read the fine print that tells all the ingredients - not the "Nutrition Facts." Of course, I say this after being a proponent of scrapple this morning, but there it is.

Sold Zingers are my favorite anyway! Healthy too, wow I am in heaven :banana:
