What is the scenario

Obama gets the nomination. It comes out after the convention that he is foreign born and therefor cannot run per the constitution. What would the dems do then? Let's say for argument sake that it is after the deadline to get on the ballots.

Leave him on it and by casting a vote for him, you'd actually be voting for the VP candidate?

I see one of three options:

1) Shrillery gets the nod. Second in votes, only makes sense.

2) Biden gets the nod. He's the VP pick and is the next in line. Could happen.

3) The Democrats don't care about what the Constitution really says, why should it matter now? Obama still gets the nod.

Either way, this scenario will not happen.
