I'll be at the Captians Galley at least one or two nights this week for dinner. I ate there 3 times in one week in 1997. There's so much to choose from and it is ALL that! You are so right about the Captain's Galley. They have the absolute best crab cakes in the world. I too think Outback is the best up here. I went to Texas Roadhouse and either they were having an off night or their food wasn't that great. But at least the atmosphere is fun.
My favorite restaurants are all in New Orleans - man, that is one great town for food.
Locally, I'd say CD Cafe, Dry Dock, The Willow's and Clarke's Landing. For just eating crabs, definitely Seabreeze.
They have a New Orleans style restaurant in Waldorf called Meme's Cafe that is fantastic.
Well...Denny's is great for Breakfast food, too.
I like Lenny's

You have to be half shit faced to eat there.
Clyde's
Rockland's
McCormack & Schmick's
I'm so tired, my mind is blanking on names, but recalling places and entrees!
TBC...
I'd have to say Salsa's. Great prices, food, and service.
