A seafood restaurant in OC Md called The Captain's Galley on the bayside. By far for the last 15 years, the best food I've tasted.
Down here, it's definitely Outback. I've tried Lone star & Longhorns but not as good. I've yet to try Texas Roadhouse in LaPlata but I will when I get back from OC in a week.

I'm of Italian descent and I HATE the Olive Garden its not Italian food at all. That and Old Country Buffet, its a feeding troft for the obese

They morfed the name Fudruckers, its a hilarious movie that went under the radar!
You are so right about the Captain's Galley. They have the absolute best crab cakes in the world. I too think Outback is the best up here. I went to Texas Roadhouse and either they were having an off night or their food wasn't that great. But at least the atmosphere is fun.

I'll be at the Captians Galley at least one or two nights this week for dinner. I ate there 3 times in one week in 1997. There's so much to choose from and it is ALL that!
My favorite restaurants are all in New Orleans - man, that is one great town for food.
Locally, I'd say CD Cafe, Dry Dock, The Willow's and Clarke's Landing. For just eating crabs, definitely Seabreeze.
They have a New Orleans style restaurant in Waldorf called Meme's Cafe that is fantastic.

If I ever get up that way, I'll keep it in mind but nothing comes CLOSE around here to the food down there.
Well...Denny's is great for Breakfast food, too.

Though I have eaten there while sober...and enjoyed it.
