What is your happiest memory of 2020?

Come on, there has to be one.

Mine is probably the day New Braunfels rescinded its lockdown order and life returned mostly to normal. We went to Freiheit's for burgers and listened to the band.

The October weekend we went family camping and for a few days, the pandemic did not exist.

I have quite a few, but I can really say that my MOST happiest memory of 2020 was in August. I went to a place I'd never been before figuratively and literally speaking. And danced, of course.

I think the happiest memory of 2020 was the day I picked up my little doggie from the animal shelter. She has been a great companion! Her presence has been a great comfort to me lately.

Visiting my Mom back in September. She turned 95 yesterday. Wife and I got to see her yesterday during a Zoom 70th birthday party for my SIL.

When you asked about the jail capacity in St. Mary's County and it wasn't because you were moving back and needed a place to stay like I thought.

Not so much 'happiest', but grateful. Grateful I and my family are well and secure, and grateful my Dad, at almost 95, is well and fully cognizant so we can have a great, intelligent conversation. Spoke with him this morning and he's in great spirits considering he's in quarantine (again) because my brother bailed him out of "the home" to visit with family for Christmas. He got to see 2 new great-grand babies for the first time, one is almost a year old already.
