With the revolving door of justice here in St Marys County, start building another jail to lock these repeat offenders up for the maximum sentence. Virginia`s crime is down 16% due to 1) Max penalites issued by the courts, 2) Max fines by the courts, and last but not least, 3) the number of private citizens packing heat is up 26%!

Lock them up before I shoot them! Nine out of the ten voices in my head tell me to pull the trigger!

They'll have it spent by the end of the year on some absolutely needed ( probably for the children ) program that nobody has ever heard of before.
















That happens to be ran by a couple of their relatives.

Cut every tax payer a check, if they put it the general fund all they would do is blow it on some stupid project, then when the time comes for them to need it, they will just tax us............again.

yes it is for 2012 because they didn't have the one for 2013 up yet. so,
if you're still following along, then note the $88,599,739 million in investments on pg 40 of the pdf

lastly look on pg 19 and see the excess revenues (surplus being taxes taken in minus expenditures) of $14,688,273 that will be added to the $88 mil for the next fiscal year.

Disagree, because not all register voters are tax payers, so you would basically be giving people free money at the expense of others.

Cut a check to each house hold that filed a tax return and that actually paid taxes and not ones who got their entire taxes that were deducted from their pay checks refunded.
