You say that like it's funny... but when it really happens.... I know but she is growing up so fast. I remember when all she could do is roll on the floor. Now she is running all over the house. Oh, and I keep my guns in tip top shape!!

I know the feeling. My little angel just turned six, but she's still just as lovable and every bit of daddy's little baby as she was when she was 4 and when she was two and when she was a newborn. The cool thing now is that she's more aware of how much I love her. Plus instead of roving the house, she loves to sit on my lap and have me drink "tea" from her princess cups and she loves it when I play with her when she gets new toys or something.
You sound almost depressed up there. Don't be. It just keeps getting better for a good while yet.
Of course, ask me again in about 10 years when she's dating and screaming "I HATE YOU" because I wouldn't let her go out in that skirt and all the make-up.
Ok, so now she is 4. At what age do I get the shotgun out for the boys that come around?
I've already started target practice - just to be sure I"m ready! I so can't relate to anyone who can't wait for their lil ones to be all grown up!!! Hope she had a fantastic birthday yesterday!
