I bought a juicer. Yesterday I made a spinach, apple, carrot, celery, grape & orange drink. The color is horrible but it's palatable.

Anybuddy got some recipies for a juicer they'd like to share?

I predict this is one of those stupid things we guys buy that will find its way to the very back of the lower recesses of the cupboard; behind all the other junk we HAD to have that we used a few times and got bored of.


*Extra points for any guys who've bought two of the same appliance because you got the same great idea twice but, forgot about the first time you had that great idea.

Just dry taco seasoning? I would think that would make for dried up meat?

I mix in a little liquid -- can be anything: canned tomatoes, chiles, peppers, or just plain water.

My god, I have one you could have had. I bought it to crush ice for drinks and used it one time. It's in the cabinet with that hand held thingie that also mixes stuff up.

No, but I made chicken tacos for dinner last night. Throw in a package of chicken cutlets in a small crock pot along with some taco seasoning. Keep on low for 6-8 hours, shred, enjoy.

Sounds good. Gonna try it this week. Maybe throw a can of Rotel (hot stuff) in with it.

Good. I've made and drank 2 gallons already and am making carrot/orange juice tonight.

It's not bad at all, expensive ($35+ per gallon). The color leaves a lot to be desired...
