The handsome fella in the light colored outfit is Billy "Luigi Corto" Curtis. He was a friend of my Grampa Harold and worked in my great grandfather's shoe shop before catching the acting bug. He later was one of the Munchkin Town Fathers in the Wizard of Oz.
