The judge's reasoning is funny too. Because the daughter is mixed-race the rock/flag is bad, which would have to be based on an opinion that the imagery is racist...but if the child wasn't mixed race it would be okay to have racist imagery (again using the judges definition).

If this woman was a racist she would not be raising a mixed race child in the first place. It is no one's business what she has on a rock in her garden to begin with.
