what exactly does perfer mean?

I know what prefer means, but Im totally lost when it comes to what I would perfer,,

so I suppose I would prefer reading something that was a little clearer.

and I also would hope that breeding is not in the question for various people.

My Gosh! Pay attention! Perfer is the same as prefer...except it's for stupid people.

I supose (the same as suppose but for stupid people) had I been smarter I would have known this.
