Pretty good. It's nice and fatty but not as good as a true fat cap. They had it on sale at Publix so I figured what the heck.
Yeah, it’s one of my favorite cuts.

Seared on both sides, tossed in the crockpot for a few hours with some Lipton onion soup mix, later adding onions, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and celery.

I have another one in the freezer that will become Chili Colorado, which is my new favorite food. :yum:

No we made a secret stuff hiding pouch with beads of course. They had to choose the beads made from some mammoth ivory that I had from 40 years ago...
