Whats for Lunch?

My husband did garlic wine salmon on the grill, it was better than any salmon I've had at a restaurant, I'll have the leftover for lunch.

A Tortilla wrap with Mayo, American cheese, vegan smoked tofu chicken and half a kosher pickle. Pretzels and a fruit snack with a diet water. :yum:

Pork belly and ribs in in spicy sour soup with string beans, taro roots, radishes and bok choy! Love watching the fat on the pork belly jiggle as I scoop them out! Not for the health conscious but it's so damn good!

I have some firm tofu in the fridgie so I think I'll soak it in something yummy and throw it on the grill.

And stop that yacking - grilled tofu is delicious.

Me too, I think I need to learn how to make it :buddies:

I had plenty of leftover steak so I just sliced it very thin, tossed in the frying pan with butter, onions, mushrooms and garlic on low heat. Mixed lite sourcream, beef broth, 1/2 pckge of McCormicks beef stroganoff mix, paprika, salt & pepper and some sherry all together. After the onions are translucent, dump the sour cream mixture in the pan and let it simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes on low heat. While thats simmering, cook your egg noodles. Its a short cut verison of the real thing, but its good for leftover beef.:buddies:
