Yes, Roses II is on Ghetto Mills rd. I have no idea where Roses I is or when it was or still is in business.

They are building a new lair for me there. I've always wanted a lair. Not a hideaway, not a fortress, certainly never a nook, but a LAIR.

The only thing it will have in common with Roses is the shiny pole. So I might rent it out for that, as a disguise.
