What's going in the Old Mr. Tire on Great Mills Road?

Does anyone know what's going in the Old Mr. Tire on Great Mills Road? It looks like they have been working on it, but haven't heard and can't tell what they are doing to it.

I found the whole Mr Tire chain shady. Only thing I'd go back there is to have my flat patched.

I told them I think my alignment was off at 3 different visits there for an oil change and they didn't find it until the 3rd time. Alignment check is supposed to be included in the inspection with the oil change.
