Anyone know what is going to be built beside the CH FoodLion? I noticed they have it all staked out and there is heavy equipment sitting there now.

Got any clues?

I hope it's a Chick-Fli-A

True Value Hardware, ihop, texas roadhouse are the three i know of.

Its for the True Value, I also heard of a IHOP next to Popeyes, I have never heard anything about a Texas Roadhouse or a Circuit City in Charlotte Hall.:shrug:

If true the Texas Roadhouse will do one hell of a business, it would be the first decent sitdown restaurant in at least 15 miles of Charlotte Hall, better start making your reservations now, call their corporate offices to make the reservation. :yay:

You need to think of the other stores.:smack:

Drove by there yesterday evening and from the looks of all the stakes in the ground you tell it was going to be more then just a True Value. Several acres staked out.

Yeah I do lol. I'm Just excited about finally getting a bigger store. It is my understanding the the Ihop and the roadhouse will be free standing. The True Value will be attached strip mall style. There will be all kinds of rumors as to what is going in there some will commit and then back out and others will come in when i find out all the info i will post it.

If any big stores/restaurants come in, there goes Charlotte Hall... :ohwell: It will slowly turn into Hollywood/California or even worse - a mini-Waldorf.

I know traffic is kinda bad at times, but just imagine 2x the mess. :coffee:

Yeah, because there are so many bars in that area, all the drunks need a place to chow down.



I heard it there's going to a go-kart track with mini golf and batting cages right next to a Sonic.

With gas prices out of control, I don't think it would hurt that much to have some decent businesses in the area. Lex. Park and Waldorf are eventually going to merge right into Char. Hall, just like D.C. has consumed Southern P.G. and Northern Charles.

Mr Redmon has the money to build himself. Is it going to be bigger then the Leonardtown store? Guess alot of the rental stuff will be avaliable here too.
