The beef is an eye round in the crock pot. It has been smelling delicious for hours!

We had tamales last night. I wrapped 4 dozen pork, 3 dozen chicken, & 5 dozen beef over the weekend. They were insanely amazing! Needless to say though I am absolutely exhausted today

Pulled pork bar-b-q with cole slaw on a potato roll. Sweet potato fries and a Dr. Pepper.

I was so cold and wet when I got home, I'd have eaten pretty much anything. Chicken noodle soup, boloney sammitch, some pita chips and 5, no 6, well, now maybe 7 Sierra Nevada's.

Dinner was incredible!!! Flavorful dish with a distinct essence of sherry. About as close to a culinary aphrodisiac as you can get. Paired with a chilled Kim Crawford unoaked Chardonnay.

This may be off thread but we have been craving Sandy's in Key West-especially since they opened up relations- and then a cupcake from that bakery next door!!!! That Cuban sandwich is amazing and once again we have nothing to compare it to but it is awesome. We came across this place by accident and saw the line so we figured it had to be good. The bakery is amazing!!! The cupcakes are huge and delicious!!!!!
