Finally found the magazine! I guess when I cleaned up, I hid it on myself. :lol:

Talking about watermen:
His future, as well as that of the bay's blue crabs, is tied to eelgrass and other plants that help trap sediment and provide habitat for many species. Despite a partial comeback, bay grasses cover less than half the area they did decades ago.
And this tidbit:
Young crabs are up to 30 times more abundant in grass beds than on barren bottom.
Less grass = less crabs. Add to that overfishing and you have a recipe for disaster. It's here NOW.

Hey Jazzy, I still have my text on the Chesapeake Bay and its local watersheds. If you want to borrow it you can, its just collecting dust.
