What's up in Charlotte Hall?

I called and called and called to try and order pizza for dinner at Pizza Hotline. No answer. Figured I was using an outdated number so I called the Pizza Hotline in La Plata for a number, and they said they weren't answering the phone in Charlotte Hall because they'd been evacuated from the area due to a hostage situation. :ohwell:

Anyone know what's up? Is this a ploy by Pizza Hotline to deny me of a pizza? :drama:

P.S. I sure hope it's not a forumite. :jet:

We all went to Rita's to get a gellati this afternoon. Then to get shoes in Mechanicsville. Wonder what time it happened.

Now! I'm seriously chapped that I had to order pizza from somewhere else. :drama:

What's up with the whole hostage thing these days anyway? :ohwell:

Yeah, I was wondering too. On the way home, 4 cruisers zipped by me with lights on, and when I was driving past the shopping center at Charlotte Hall (near the commuter lot), 3 others were coming from the other way.

The latest from my daughter who is working in the area, Burger King was robbed and then they ran into Pizza Hotline and there is a possible hostage situation. Some of the employees were standing on the end of the buiding and they have shut down the other stores in that strip.

I breathed a huge sigh of relief today as they all zipped by me, I thought they had nabbed me. :ohwell: (again) :jet:

I do hope everything turns out alright, but I'm STILL not happy about my pizza. If I weren't so lazy I'd go drag the effer out, just so I don't have to have Dominoes for dinner. :drama:

I hate using baynet as an information source. They always have important facts wrong.
But they at least have breaking news that's more than we used to have.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that. I saw a couple of police cars on Rt. 6 flying up behind me from what seemed like nowhere. I went :yikes:, oh shiat, they got me for speeding, so I pulled off to the shoulder wondering how long they had been behind me and they went on by.
