When did your baby start to crawl and walk?

I forgot all about the cruising stage! I looked it up -- I wrote "cruising like a pro!" on March 8, so she was 11 months-ish then. That stage made me a nervous wreck. She was always cracking her head on something!

I wasn't a bubble Mommy, I didn't pad the corners. I was lucky.

My parents never padded corners either and my brother and I made it to adulthood alive. Hell, never even wore helmets to ride bikes either.

I make a conscious effort to try and let hubby be a "fun daddy" without freaking out too much. But I've caught myself losing my breath a few times while he rough-houses with the little guy. Hmmmm, a helmet could work!

Full time crawling at 8.5 months and walking at 13 months.
