I wonder what they mean when the article said that the Sunshine Protection Act needs to pass the House "by a solid majority"? Isn't a simple majority enough?

It means there's enough pork in that little bill to choke a horse.

Speaking of horses, I wonder if AOC is the sponsor.

Nah, that is a Marco Rubio bill, it passed the Senate and the House has done nothing on it (likely because it was proposed by Rubio).

Just sneakin' around....
During the summer I was pizzed at waking up at 5 or 6 in the am, when the light came thru the window. Now because the sunrise doesn't come thru the window (moved to the other side of the house) and I'm not waking up until after 8. This morning it was 9:30.

No, I'm retired. I will not use an alarm unless absolutely necessary.

I wake up around 3am regardless of an alarm.

If I dare oversleep by even a few minutes, the dogs internal clock takes over and wakes me up.

I won't mind. I hate driving to work in the dark, to many animals in the road.

Half of the way is the two-legged ones, the other half is the four-legged ones. At least the four-legged ones don't have attorneys, but damn they can do some damage. 🦌🚗
