When things go right for your kids, the thrill is really something. My son had some great news regarding his job yesterday - he's getting the job he's been wanting, a position of quite some responsibility. And my daughter is doing great at her new job, learning and doing things I never expected, and very soon after starting there. Seeing the payoff results of their own abilities and hard work makes me very proud, indeed!
