With Jesse and I- we were friends a while before we ever got together. Funny thing is- before we even met each other, rumors were flying that we didnt like each other period, more the case of loathed each other. We both got mad at each other because we were like "I dont even know him/her, and she/he hates me, well forget him". So for the longest time- when him and I were at group gatherings....we would turn our noses up to each other.

One day- we just decided to hang out- and from then on is when he said he had "feelings" for me. I soon caught on (about 6 mths later) and the rest was history. We have now been married a week tomorrow.



Prolly totally irrelevant for this thread- just saying- it can happen in the weirdest of situations.

That is too sweet!!

Well Jess said that it was that way for him. That he knew from the moment he met me, (even though he apparently "hated" me) that he would be with me till forever (his words...). took me a little longer...but it was worth it.

Why the delay?
you know it is the one for you when the last thing on your mind is him or her and the first is the same. When they leave you worry about them.And if you don't talk to them you feel incomplete!:shrug:

I did delay because of the fact I didnt want to use him as a rebound. I had just gotten out of a LONG relationship (4.5 years) and didnt want to hurt him. The feelings were there you could say- but I was scared to use them- because I didnt know if it was just in a lust manner, or more or less, because he was treating me good- and at the time, I wasnt getting that from anywhere else- Just more of a scared thing.

So really, my post before should have read that the feelings were there, I was just being a fraidy cat- and should have listened but I am also glad that I worked out my own feelings before hurting someone else (if that would have happened...who knows.)
