What would you do? Mr Crab said he would be so sad the day he couldn't ride anymore because of age. I told him "don't worry honey, we will hire some young buff dudes to ride us around on the bikes. Still sad to think that the day will come when we can't get on the bikes anymore.:bawl:

Since you can still ride, would you like to accompany the Patriot Guard on Monday to Arlington?

Just read an article in a small local magazine I get.. Woman takes a class in VA about smooth riding skills. Week-end course, 500 miles in two days of on road instruction.

She's put about 20,000 miles on her bike since she started riding at the age of SIXTY!!

I'm more concerned about forgetting what a motorcycle is than being able to get on one. :lmao:

Let's see, I'm 52 now so I have at least 30 more years of good riding ahead of me. I'm not worried about it. And when I'm done, I'll get some 20 something young lady that will put me on the backseat and still keep riding.

A person shouldnt ride anything they cant get back up on two wheels if it should fall over. That said they make smaller bikes. When the cruiser gets too heavy get a smaller bike. Ride a shorter distance.

I saw a Harley this weekend, standard bike, but it looked like it had 2 "outrigger" wheels. Only saw it from a distance, so not quite sure what it was.

I've seen them on Gold WIngs.. They come down when the bike slows or stops, then raise back up again when you are at speed so you old people can still lean a little.

With just a push of the button the walker deploys so they can get into the Cracker Barrel

:lmao: Yeah, I know the ones you mean, but this appeared to be permanent. He was at highway speed and they were down. Also had fenders. Did not look like they retracted.

Someone on here has what you are describing.. It's almost like a rack your rear tire sits in.. Cheap alternative to having a trike.

Bay Cat maybe??

Or was it Baykat? I remember the pics she posted, and if I'm not mistaken I've seen her bike/trike/whatever-it-is in my neighborhood.
