Where do young people go out in Calvert to drink?

I don't think you'll find anything in Calvert open that late in the middle of the week.

I wish I could get the "runner's high"... I never got the high... I just got the nausea :ohwell:

Well, I'm 32 and live in Prince Frederick. I think all of the spots have been mentioned:

1) Turtle - Meh...
2) Veras - Personally, I love it during the day. It gets "wanna-be thug/white trash" at night. Although it doesn't begin to compare to some St. Mary's County bars.
3) Yo Mama's is decent. Small inside. But a more mature crowd than the two above.
4) Calypso Bay is in Solomons. I haven't been there in a few years. But it was pretty high energy when I did. This is probably the best place to score some young pootnani.
5) Tiki Bar in Solomons. Fun. But closed during the winter months I believe.

And, yes, RIP Jaspers. I hope the lease holder is eating a ton of cash keeping that place vacant. My realistic guess is, they can afford it.
