Where to get Fresh Shrimp

I'm in the Lexington Park area and am looking to buy some fresh (uncooked) shrimp for a receipe. Any suggestions on where to purchase them? I've heard the seafood section at Giant is pretty good.

ALL of their's are FROZEN shrimp.. just like every other grocery store here..

Try Capt Evans in Solomons after they open the bridge back up..

A Food Network show called Good Eats I watched about a month ago said that you really gain nothing by buying fresh shrimp. There is no taste lost when freezing shrimp, and by buying fresh you are unsure how old they are or what chemicals have been added to keep them looking fresh. He said to just buy block frozen shrimp and let them thaw.

:tool: I'm having a good day and you can't change that. Just because you are an obviously miserable person (can tell by your posts) doesn't mean you have to try to bring everyone else around you down with all your negative comments.
