I guess if maybe the 4 wheeler driver was carrying a severed head or a body bag or something off roading after it would have been justifiable...pingrr said:I agrea with you. I have been witness to a 4 wheeler blindly crossing a side road and running into the side of a passing vehicle. I'd say he got what he deserved for being careless but be the driver of that car.......if he'd been seriously injured how would you feel knowing your vehicle was part of the cause.
